"we go through life confidently"

My name is Empress TTree/ Alexis Walker—a multidisciplinary artist, yoga teacher, author, model, creative wellness coach, and founder of Empress TTree and The TTree House. I’m a graduate of Clark Atlanta University with a degree in Philosophy, and my life’s work is rooted in healing, transformation, and liberation through self expression, using the body as a catalyst for freedom.

I’ve lived many lives—painter, poet, author, student, teacher. But my truest identity is a healer and a witness. I’ve taught yoga and wellness to kids, teens, elders, incarcerated men, sexual assault and trauma survivors, the depressed, the hopeful, the broken, and the blooming. From the Salvation Army Boys & Girls Club to prison classrooms, from sacred circles to the solitude of my own healing—this is my calling.

Through art and yoga, I found my way out of depression. I didn’t just learn to survive—I learned to alchemize. To turn pain into power, and grief into gold. I hold certifications in yoga from Rishikesh, India (200HR + 300HR) and have over 5 years of experience guiding people into their bodies, breath, and truth. My background in art therapy, philosophy, and emotional alchemy allows me to support the full human experience—body, mind, soul.

My work blends the spiritual with the tactile. I help people remember their own creative essence through breath, movement, paint, word, and presence. Whether you’re working with me in yoga, coaching, or creative mentorship, the goal is always this: to return home to yourself.

The Birth of TTree Alchemy

The TTree Alche was never just an idea—it was a vision. A sacred offering born from my own healing. A soft, strong space for those who never quite fit in. A space for the ones who feel deeply, dream wildly, and carry stories in their bones.

It started as a whisper during my darkest times. As I moved through depression, grief, and personal upheaval, I leaned on art and yoga as lifelines. They taught me how to stay, how to feel, how to transmute. I created what I needed: a sanctuary for healing, expression, and transformation. For Black girls. For artists. For outsiders. For the soul seekers. For the forgotten magic in all of us.

The Tree House is not a brand—it’s a movement. A remembering. It’s where creativity, spirit, and truth come to live again. A place to write, paint, dance, cry, breathe, and become. It’s a house with no walls—only roots, branches, and sky.
